Carl works in both classical and modern interiors. He is also known in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in Belgium for his table decorations. At De Karmeliet in Bruges, he is the regular table decorator. This was one of the reasons why he was asked to write a book about the floral decoration of the table. We present to you dining in the most floral way possible: from a tête-à-tête to a splendid breakfast in bed, next to a beautifully decorated festive table on the occasion of a christening, marriage, communion or spring festival… But also a delicious picnic and a beautifully decorated restaurant table are not missing from the menu.
