Floral Art

Trained and skilled in both Ikebana, the Eastern minimalist style and classic Western floral design, Sergey Karpunin has developed a style of his own that is highly technical but certainly never boring or sterile. Karpunin is a prominent figure in the Russian flower firmament. As advisor and juror for many Russian and European flower arranging competitions, he influences a whole generation of young talents. His remarkable designs in the International Floral Art 2010/2011, were deservedly awarded the top prize in the book. Reason enough to put the eclectic work of this colourful personality in the spotlight.
